Meeting open at 7:00 PM

Commissioners Present:

Charles Vajda, Raymond Leonard, Andrew McKane, William Matteson, Tony Flory, Jerry Stearns and Howard Burgess

The Commissioners reviewed the minutes of May 17, 2012. Mr. Vajda moved to accept the minutes as written. Mr. Leonard made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The Commissioners discussed the Gennette proposed two-lot subdivision off Town Line Road. Mr. Matteson said the Gennettes are proposing to subdivide a one-acre parcel into two lots.

Mr. Matteson cited the fact there are two duplexes on the parcel. Mr. Matteson passed out copies of the sketch plan application. Mr. Matteson cited the fact that the Gennettes have received their State of Vermont water and wastewater permits.

Mr. Burgess cited the fact the existing septic systems are not show on the sketch plan map. Mr. Matteson said the Gennettes have received a State permit. Mr. Zingale said the State wastewater permit (on-line) shows the location of the septic system.

Mr. Matteson said he viewed the on-line plan and that the septic systems have all the proper isolation distance. Mr. Burgess cited the fact the two building are connected to a municipal water line and do not have wells.

Mr. Matteson said the septic systems have the required isolation distance from the well on the adjacent lot.

The Commission scheduled a final subdivision hearing for July 19, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. The Commissioners reviewed the plat checklist requirements.

Mr. Flory moved to schedule the Gennette 2 lot subdivision for a final hearing. Mr. McKane made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The Commission briefly discussed the CVPS power line upgrade proposal.

Mr. Flory moved to close the meeting. Mr. Stearns made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
