TOWN OF RUTLAND

SELECT BOARD MEETING

November 16, 2010

MINUTES:

The meeting opened at 6:30 P.M.

Board members present: James Callahan, James Hall, Joshua Terenzini, Steve Hawley and Stanley Rhodes III.

Mr. Terenzini made a motion at 6:30 P.M. to go into executive session to discuss the Gemini Associates Tax appeal with Town Lister, Howard Burgess. Mr. Hawley made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The Board came out of executive session at 7:17 PM

Mr. Hawley moved to approve the agreement between the Town of Rutland and Gemini Associates. Mr. Terenzini made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Hall moved to go into executive session to discuss a proposed contract with the Green Mountain Shopping Plaza. Mr. Callahan made a second to the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board came out of executive session at 7:42 PM. Mr. Terenzini made a motion to contribute $5,000.00 to the traffic study. Mr. Callahan made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
