SELECT BOARD MEETING

December 29, 2010

MINUTES:

The meeting opened at 6:30 P.M.

Board members present: Steve Hawley, Stanley Rhodes III, James Callahan, Joshua Terenzini, James Hall

The Board work on the Recreation Commission, Fire Department, Highway Department and the General Budget.

Mr. Hawley moved to approve the budgets as presented. Mr. Terenzini made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Terenzini made a motion at 8:22 P.M. to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Callahan made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
