SELECT BOARD

MINUTES: June 15, 2011

Board members present: Steven Hawley, James Hall and Joe Dicton Jr.

The Meeting opened at 7:30 P.M.

The Board opened Fire Truck bids. The Board received one bid from Dingee Machine for $161,048.00.

Town Fire Chief Mr. Joe Denardo will review the bid and make a presentation to the Select Board at their June 21, 2011 meeting.

Mr. Dicton moved to close the meeting at 7:48 PM. Mr. Hawley made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
