Town of Rutland Board of Civil Authority

The Town BCA has seventeen members. Twelve members are

Justices of the Peace, five are Select Board members and the

Town Clerk is also a member of the BCA. Due to the fact a

Justice of the Peace is also a Select Board member there are

seventeen members.

Justices of the Peace:

Mary Ashcroft, Richard Bailey, Howard J. Burgess, James

Callahan, Chris Howland, Richard S. Lloyd, William T.

Matteson, James McNeil, David L. Seward, John Socinski and

Joshua Terenzini.

Select Board:

Stanley F. Rhodes III, James Hall, Joshua Terenzini, Joseph

Dicton Jr. and Steve Hawley

Town Clerk:

Marie K. Hyjek
