Meeting open at 7:00 PM

Commissioners Present:

Andrew McKane, Anthony “Tony” Flory, Howard Burgess, Charles Vajda, Raymond Leonard and William Matteson

The Commissioners reviewed the minutes of 5-5-11. Mr. McKane moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Leonard made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Matteson informed the commissioners that a representative from CVPS would attend the June 2^nd meeting to discuss “Smart Grid” technology.

The Commissioners discussed the Panera Bread Project and the proposed accesses to and from US RT 7. According to Mr. Matteson the street light at US 7 and Curtis Avenue would have in and out access.

Mr. Matteson said there would be an exit only to US RT 7 south of Curtis Ave.

Mr. McKane moved to close the meeting. Mr. Flory made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
