The meeting opened at 1:00 P.M.

Board members present: Steve Hawley, Stanley Rhodes III, James Callahan

The Board discussed the fire budget. Mr. Hawley moved to close the meeting at 2:00 P.M. Mr. Callahan made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
