SELECT BOARD MEETING

SEPTEMBER 23, 2009

MINUTES:

The meeting opened at 5:00 P.M.

Board members present: Joseph Dicton, James Hall, Stanley Rhodes III and Josh Terenzini.

Mr. Hall moved to set the homestead tax rat at $1.5309. Mr. Terenzini made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Terenzini moved to set the non-residential tax rate at $1.6114. Mr. Dicton made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Hall moved to close the meting at 5:09 P.M. Mr. Terenzini made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
