- Meeting opened at 11:00 A.M.
- Board members present Don Chioffi, Mary Ashcroft, Sharon Russell, and Kurt Hathaway
Announcements
Selectwoman Russell passed along thanks she had received from Kim McKirryher. Their family had a vehicle fire on their property, and they wanted to pass along their thanks to Kurt and BJ Hathaway for their quick response to their incident which likely helped save their barn.
Selectwoman Russell moved to enter executive session to discuss legal advice with the Town Attorney. Selectman Hathaway seconded the motion. The motion passed 3 – 0. The board entered executive session at 11:03 AM.
Upon leaving executive session at 12:43 PM. Selectwoman Ashcroft moved to authorize the Town Clerk to spend not more than $1000 to consult with an attorney regarding a personnel matter. Selectwoman Russell seconded the motion. The motion passed 3 – 0.
Selectman Ashcroft moved to adjourn. Selectwoman Russell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 12:44 PM.
