Action items

A. Meet with members of the Rutland Regional Planning Commission for a presentation which will:

1. 1. Provide an overview of the Regional Plan elements and how Act 181 overhauled Vermont’s land use planning framework.
   2. Dive into the new Act 181 land use categories, state designations, and location-based Act 250 jurisdiction tiers.
   3. Walk through the draft regional future land use map and highlight key changes from the 2018 map.

B.  Discuss the purchase of an excavator for the highway department.

C. Review the plan and agreement to replace the Police Department firearms

D. Review of the agreement for new services from Consolidated Communications for the Public Safety Building

E. Review the proposal for installing a transfer switch for the public safety building sprinkler pump
