 TOWN OF RUTLAND PLANNING COMMISSION

SUBDIVISION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Rutland Planning Commission of a public hearing on a final two lot subdivision application by Ted and Theo Hubbard to be held on October 3rd, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. at the Rutland Town Municipal Town Hall

The applicant has proposed to subdivide a 190 + or – acre parcel of land into two parcels:

Lot 1:       188 + or – acres.

Lot 2:       2.0 + or – acres.

 

The applicant has requested the following full waiver requests pursuant to Section 185 of the Town Subdivision regulations:

The land is located in the Town of Rutland off Cold River Road. The land is bounded to the North by the lands of Fucci. The land is bounded to the West by the lands of Hubbard, Isovolta and PLH Vineyard Sky LLC. The land is bounded to the South by the lands of Buck Family Trust, Buck and Cohen, Theodor Hubbard Jr, Timothy and Bonnie Hubbard, and Norton. The land is bounded to the East by the lands of The State of Vermont

The complete Ted and Theo Hubbard subdivision application is available at the Town Municipal Building in Center Rutland, Vt. with Bill Sweet, Town Administrator, 802-773-2528.

Participation at the local final subdivision hearing scheduled for October 3rd, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
