Goodrich Sub Division Notice 11.14.2024

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Rutland Planning Commission of a public hearing on a final subdivision application by Scott and Nancy Goodrich to be held on November 14th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. Participants may attend in person at the Town of Rutland Municipal Town Hall at 181 Business Route 4 Center Rutland, VT 05736 or remotely by visiting zoom.us/join or by calling 646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 985-4127-6671.

The applicant has proposed to subdivide a 1.99 + or – acre parcel into 2 parcels:

Parcel A :    1.65 + or – acres.

Parcel B :    .34 + or – acres.

The applicant has requested the following full waiver requests pursuant to Section 185 of the Town Subdivision regulations:

The land is located in the Town of Rutland off Post Road and Easy Street. The land is bound to the North by the lands of Levy, Pawlusiak, Stubbins, Young and Zingg, to the West by the lands Goodspeed and Notte, to the South by the lands of Mondella, and to the East by the land of Newmeyer and Clark.

The complete Goodrich subdivision application is available at the Town Municipal Building in Center Rutland, Vt. with Bill Sweet, Town Administrator, 802-773-2528.

Participation at the local Final subdivision hearing scheduled for November 14^th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
