RUTLAND TOWN SELECT BOARD
FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
MONDAY DECEMBER 17TH, 2018
The Finance Committee of the Rutland Town Select Board met at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 17th at the Municipal Town Hall.Present was Board Chair Josh Terenzini, Board Clerk Mary Ashcroft, Administrative Assistant Bill Sweet, Town Clerk & Treasurer Kirsten Hathaway and Andrew Simonds for A.M. Peisch, the Town Auditor.
- Mr. imonds presented documentation related to the recently completed town audit.
- Presented and discussed an internal control letter.
- Presented and discussed a management comment report.
- Presented and reviewed the audit report.
- Discussion of auditing costs for FY 2019 budget, should be very close to FY 2018.
- Discussion of adding a line to future budget sheets for the Center Rutland Fire Station bond payment.
There being no other business the meeting adjourned at 4:40 PM.
