For sale by bid

The Town of Rutland Selectboard is seeking bids from qualified buyers for a 2015 Ford F-350 dump truck. Included is a 9’ 6” Extreme V Fisher plow and Swenson hopper sander. The truck has a 6.2-liter gas engine, new front brakes, 6 new winter tires, new inspection sticker, and a recent oil change at 83,000 miles. Lettering will be removed prior to delivery. The truck can be seen by appointment by calling the Road Commissioner at 802-353-0540. Minimum bid is $25,000.

All bids must be received no later than 2PM on December 1^st, 2021. The bids will be opened at the December 7^th, 2021, regular Selectboard meeting. The winning bidder must pay by a bank check and take possession of the truck by December 15, 2021.

The truck is being sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied as to the suitability of the truck for any purpose. The Town of Rutland reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
