TOWN OF RUTLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
SUBDIVISION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Rutland Planning Commission of a public hearing on a final subdivision application by Orin Thomas and Sons to be held on May 14th, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. Participants may attend in person at the Town of Rutland Municipal Town Hall at 181 Business Route 4 Center Rutland, VT 05736 or remotely by visiting zoom.us/join or by calling 646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 985-4127-6671.
The applicant has proposed to subdivide a 175 + or – acre parcel into 2 parcels:
Parcel A : 175 + or – acres.
Parcel B : 2.24 + or – acres.
The applicant has requested the following full waiver requests pursuant to Section 185 of the Town Subdivision regulations:

The land is located in the Town of Rutland off US Route 7 North. The land is bounded by the lands of Curry, Waters, Coughlin, Thomas, Piscopo, Machia, By-Rox Farm, Russell, and Williams.

Participation at the local Final subdivision hearing scheduled for May 14th, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
