RUTLAND TOWN SELECTBOARD COMMITTEE MEETING

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

JANUARY 27^th, 2025

The Personnel Committee of the Rutland Town Selectboard met at 4:00 PM on Monday January 27^th, 2025, at the Municipal Town Hall. Present was Selectboard Chair Mary Ashcroft, Selectboard Member Matt Getty, and Teresa Miele.

The Selectboard has hired Teresa to consult on changes to our existing personnel policy.

The Committee reviewed the final draft of the personnel policy.

Discussed details in a variety of sections.  Some items will need a discussion with the full board about a decision.

A list of questions for the Board to discuss will be complied by Teresa.

A full copy of the updated policy will be created to be given to the full board for review at a future meeting

The meeting adjourned at 5:15PM.
