RUTLAND TOWN SELECT BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

MONDAY FEBRUARY 12^th, 2024

The Personnel Committee of the Rutland Town Select Board met at 11:00 AM on Monday February 12^th, 2024, at the Municipal Town Hall. Present was Select Board Chair Mary Ashcroft, Select Board Member Matt Getty, Teresa Miele of HR Acquired, and Town Administrator Bill Sweet

The Select Board has hired Teresa to consult on changes to our existing personnel policy.

1. The Committee met in executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
2. Discussed details of the proposed new comp time policy.
3. Reviewed how this would be used for payroll related to the new draft timesheet. The new timesheet may be used soon, across all departments.
4. Discussed the next meeting when the balance of the new draft policy will be reviewed.

The meeting adjourned at 12:27 PM.
