RUTLAND TOWN SELECT BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 4th, 2024
The Personnel Committee of the Rutland Town Select Board met at 4:00 PM on Wednesday September 4th, 2024, at the Municipal Town Hall. Present was Select Board Chair Mary Ashcroft, Select Board Member Matt Getty, and Teresa Miele.
The Select Board has hired Teresa to consult on changes to our existing personnel policy.
The Committee reviewed the working draft of the personnel policy.
Discussed updates to language throughout the sections reviewed.
No action was taken, and no recommendations to the full Board were suggested.
Discussed setting a time for the next meeting. It will be on Wednesday the 11th at 4PM.
The meeting adjourned at 5:48PM.
