Planning Commission Minutes 12-7-2023

TOWN OF RUTLAND PLANNING COMMISSION

MEETING MINUTES

 

DATE: December 7^th, 2023

LOCATION: Town Hall and a publicly accessible conference line

OPEN MEETING 6:30 P.M.

 

Commission Members Present: Dana Peterson, Howard Burgess, Sherman Hunter, and Andy McKane. All members are voting members for this meeting.

Members of the Public Present:  Ted R Hubbard and Theo Hubbard

Approval of the Agenda:

Mr. McKane moved to approve the agenda. Mr. Hunter seconded the motion. The river corridor list has not changed, and this discussion can be postponed until the next meeting. The motion passed as amended.

New Business: Subdivision application review with Ted R. Hubbard

1. Ted Hubbard was present and said he is proposing to take 2 acres out of his existing 190-acre parcel and give them to his son.
2. After review of the plat submitted, this is not sufficient to meet the requirements of the application.
3. Reviewed the application, requirements, possible waivers and provided a detailed list of these items to the Hubbard’s.
4. Once an updated plat is prepared, they will resubmit the application using the guidance given.

Approval of Minutes November 16^th, 2023:

Mr. McKane moved to approve the minutes. There is not a quorum of members present from the November 16^th meeting to be able to approve the minutes. The motion was withdrawn.

Adjournment:

Mr. Hunter moved to adjourn. Mr. McKane seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
