Rutland Town Recreation Sports Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in Rutland Town's seasonal sports programs.

STEP 1: Register your child using the form below

Please complete the form below to register your child for a Rutland Town activity. If you have multiple children, a separate registration form must be submitted for each. After submitting your registration, you will be emailed a copy of your registration.

Non-residents must have permission before registering. Please contact Mike Rowe, Rutland Town Recreation Director ( email or call 802-779-2518) for permission to play for Rutland Town. The agreement between towns and schools is the following for participation in recreation programs: 1) If your school offers the program then you must play for your school.  2) If your school does not offer the program you then play for your town.  3) If your town does not offer the program you may ask to join another town's program provided they have room and you have permission from both program directors.

STEP 2: Pay for your registration(s)

Resident Fee $30 / Non-resident Fee $40 (if space available and with recreation director's permission)

Pay online, by mail or in person at the Town office or during sports sign-ups. If you are registering multiple children, you can pay for all registrations at the same time. Payment options are listed below.

NOTE: Your child is not fully registered until BOTH a completed registration form and full payment have been received.

PAY ONLINE

After submitting your registration below, you may PAY ONLINE using our online payment service (credit/debit card or ACH).

A per transaction service fee is charged by the online payment processing company for this service. Learn more about the transaction fees.

PAY BY MAIL

After submitting your registration below, you will receive an emailed registration confirmation (PDF). Mail a copy of each registration along with your check payable to Rutland Town Recreation to: Town of Rutland, 181 Business Rte 4, Rutland, VT 05736.

Please do not mail cash.

PAY IN PERSON

After submitting your registration below, payment can be made at the Town Office (check payable to Rutland Town Recreation, cash or credit/debit card) or during sport sign-ups (check/cash only).
