INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Rutland, Vermont is soliciting sealed bids for the following:
Heating oil and fuel for the period of September 14th, 2026, through August 31st, 2027, for the following Town of Rutland Municipal Buildings:
- Municipal Town Hall – 181 Business Route 4, Center Rutland
- Town Highway Garage – 339 Northwood Park Road, Rutland Town
- Municipal Backup Generators
Bid information shall include variable and fixed rate options if applicable, availability of 24-hour delivery, and after-hours emergency contact availability and information.
The Town of Rutland qualifies for the State of Vermont negotiated pricing.
BID DEADLINE: 12:00 p.m., Tuesday September 1st, 2026
BID OPENING: Regular Selectboard Meeting, Tuesday, September 8th, 2026
Sealed Bids will be opened at a meeting of the Rutland Town Selectboard and all documents shall be read aloud.
