2024 – 2025 Diesel Fuel Bid Request
INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Rutland, Vermont is soliciting sealed bids for the following:
Diesel fuel for the period of September 1st, 2024, through August 31st, 2025, for the following Town of Rutland backup generators:
- Municipal Town Hall – 181 Business Route 4, Center Rutland
- Town Highway Garage – 339 Northwood Park Road, Rutland Town
- Town Public Safety Building – 272 McKinley Avenue, Rutland Town
- Town School – 1612 Post Road, Rutland Town
- Pump Station – Driveway of 2205 Post Road, Rutland Town
Bid information shall include variable and fixed rate options if applicable, availability of 24-hour delivery, and after-hours emergency contact availability and information.
The Town of Rutland qualifies for the State of Vermont negotiated pricing.
BID DEADLINE: 12:00 p.m., Friday July 26th, 2024
BID OPENING: Regular Select Board Meeting, Tuesday, July 30th, 2024
Sealed Bids will be opened at a meeting of the Rutland Town Select Board and all documents shall be read aloud.
