2024 – 2025 Propane Bid Request

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Rutland, Vermont is soliciting sealed bids for the following:

Propane for the period of September 1st, 2024, through May 31st, 2025, for the following Town of Rutland Municipal Buildings:

  • Town Public Safety Building – 272 McKinley Avenue, Rutland Town
  • Town Fire Station – 619 Business Route 4, Center Rutland

Bid information shall include variable and fixed rate options if applicable, availability of 24-hour delivery, and after-hours emergency contact availability and information.

The Town of Rutland qualifies for the State of Vermont negotiated pricing.

BID DEADLINE:    12:00 p.m., Friday July 26th, 2024

BID OPENING:      Regular Select Board Meeting, Tuesday, July 30th, 2024

Sealed Bids will be opened at a meeting of the Rutland Town Select Board and all documents shall be read aloud.
