TOWN OF RUTLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Rutland Planning Commission of a public hearing on a final boundary line adjustment application by Carol Baird and Francis Levins to be held on October 2nd, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. Participants may attend in person at the Town of Rutland Municipal Town Hall at 181 Business Route 4 Center Rutland, VT 05736 or remotely by visiting zoom.us/join or by calling 646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 985-4127-6671.
The applicants have proposed to adjust + or – 2.6 acres between the 2 parcels:
The land is located in the Town of Rutland off McKinley Avenue. The land is bound to the North by the lands of Wilk and Dutil, to the West by the lands Postlewaite and Remington, Wheeler, McGee, Daley and Gibbs

Participation at the boundary line adjustment hearing scheduled for October 2nd, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
