TOWN OF RUTLAND SELECT BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 23^RD, 2019

• Board members present; Board Chair Joshua Terenzini, Board Clerk Mary Ashcroft, John Paul Faignant, Sharon Russell
• Also present; Town Administrative Assistant Bill Sweet, Town Lister Howard Burgess, Joe Anthony President and CEO of Zamias Corporation
• Meeting began at 6:12 PM

New Business: Board to meet with representatives from Zamias Corporation;

1. Russell moved to enter executive session for the purposes of contract negotiations with all parties being present. Ms. Ashcroft seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0. The board entered executive session at 6:15 PM.
2. The board came out of executive session at 6:44 PM with no action to be taken.
3. Ashcroft moved to adjourn. Ms. Russell seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-0 and the meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM.
