 TOWN OF RUTLAND BOARD OF CIVIL AUTHORITY

MEETING MINUTES

 DATE: February 4^th, 2020

RUTLAND TOWN MUNICIPAL TOWN HALL

OPEN MEETING 5:00 P.M.

• Don Chioffi moved to appoint Joshua Terenzini to chair the meeting. Ms. Sharon Russell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

 

New Business: BCA to discuss presiding officers and election officials for Town Meeting Day election, due to changes since last BCA meeting:

• Don Chioffi moved to appoint Joshua Terenzini to preside over the upcoming election. Mr. Dick Bailey seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Adjournment:

• Jim Hall moved to adjourn. Mr. Joe Denardo seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 6:11 PM.
