RUTLAND TOWN SELECT BOARD
BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING
THURSDAY JANUARY 14TH, 2021
The Board of Health met at 9:00 AM on Thursday January 14th via zoom conferencing. Present was Board Chair Mary Ashcroft, Board Clerk Joe Denardo, Board Member John Paul Faignant, Board Member Sharon Russell, and Board member Aaron Jones.
Mr. Faignant moved to enter executive session to discuss possible litigation. Ms. Russell seconded the motion. The board entered executive session at 9:01 AM.
Upon leaving executive session, Mr. Faignant moved to enforce the facial covering mask mandate at the transfer station by issuing a 6 month notice of trespass for individuals who refuse to comply until such time they wear a face covering at which time the notice becomes null and void. Mr. Denardo seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0.
Mr. Faignant moved to adjourn. Ms. Russell seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0 and the meeting adjourned at 9:13 AM
