RUTLAND TOWN SELECT BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING
BUILDING / TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
WEDNESDAY MAY 31st, 2023
The Building / Technology Committee of the Rutland Town Select Board met at 9:00 AM on Wednesday May 31st, 2023, at the Municipal Town Hall. Present was Select Board Clerk Joe Denardo, Town Clerk and Treasurer Kari Clark, Town Administrator Bill Sweet, and representatives from NBF Architects.
- Discussed the remodel project of the downstairs at Town Hall.
- The first set of drawings for the remodel were reviewed. They included adding secure storage, updating the kitchen, a small new meeting room, 2 bathrooms and other updates to the space.
- Based on the discussion, changes were made to the plans for the next set of drawings.
- Discussed completing the project in phases which was a favorable approach.
- The electrical and mechanical changes were favored to be done first since other aspects of the project will be dependent on those updates.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.
