SUBDIVISION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Rutland Planning Commission of a public hearing on a final subdivision application by Paul and Paula McNeil to be held on April 18th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. Participants may attend in person at the Town of Rutland Municipal Town Hall at 181 Business Route 4 Center Rutland, VT 05736 or remotely by visiting zoom.us/join or by calling 646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 985-4127-6671.
The applicant has proposed to subdivide a 2.67 + or – acre parcel into 2 parcels:
Parcel A : 1.17 + or – acres.
Parcel B : 1.50 + or – acres.
The applicant has requested the following full waiver requests pursuant to Section 185 of the Town Subdivision regulations:

The land is located in the Town of Rutland off US Route 4 East. The land is bound to the North by the lands of Knesconko and Thurston Properties LLC., to the West by the land of 930 US Route 4 East LLC, and to the South and East by the land of Morrill House LLC.

Participation at the local Final subdivision hearing scheduled for April 18th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
