• Board members present: Josh Terenzini, Joe Denardo, John Paul Faignant
• Meeting opened at 4:00 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance

Mr. Faignant moved to approve the final payment to Kyle Bedard for the Clerk/Treasurer office remodel for $14,665.00 Mr. Denardo seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.

Mr. Faignant moved to adjourn. Mr. Denardo seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 4:03 PM.
