Special Selectboard Meeting Minutes 11-24-2025
TOWN OF RUTLAND SELECTBOARD OPEN MEETING
RUTLAND TOWN MUNICIPAL TOWN HALL
181 BUSINESS ROUTE 4, CENTER RUTLAND, VT 05736
NOVEMBER 24th, 2025
- The meeting opened at 5:00 P.M.
- Board members present Mary Ashcroft, Joe Denardo, and Matt Getty
The purpose of the special meeting is to approve a time sensitive liquor license request.
The Maple Angus LLP submitted 2 liquor license requests. It is for the Johnny Boys Restaurant.
One is a first-class restaurant and bar license and the other is a third-class restaurant and bar license. The Police have no issues with the request. Selectman Denardo moved to approve both licenses. Selectman Getty seconded the motion. The motion carried 3 – 0.
Selectman Getty moved to adjourn. Selectman Denardo seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:03 PM.
