2025 – 2026 Propane bid request

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Rutland, Vermont is soliciting sealed bids for the following:

Propane for the period of September 1^st, 2025, through August 31^st, 2026, for the following Town of Rutland Municipal Buildings:

• Town Public Safety Building – 272 McKinley Avenue, Rutland Town
• Town Fire Station – 619 Business Route 4, Center Rutland

Bid information shall include variable and fixed rate options if applicable, availability of 24-hour delivery, and after-hours emergency contact availability and information.

The Town of Rutland qualifies for the State of Vermont negotiated pricing.

BID DEADLINE:    12:00 p.m., Friday August 8^th, 2025

BID OPENING:      Regular Selectboard Meeting, Tuesday, August 12^th, 2025

Sealed Bids will be opened at a meeting of the Rutland Town Selectboard and all documents shall be read aloud.
